The statutes of the firm are in accordance with the laws of a member country where it's registered and have its main centre of activities.
The majority of the capital of the Consulting Firm is held by Nationals of Member Countries.
The majority of the members of the Board of Directors are Nationals of Member Countries.
The majority of the Directors, Senior Officers and the remaining staff are Nationals of Member Countries.
